Uninstalling Colourlab Ai 4

Colourlab Ai 4 installs three things on your Mac: the app itself, the Reference Library, and the application database. To remove everything:

  1. Quit Colourlab Ai 4 if it's running.
  2. Delete the app. Drag Colourlab Ai 4 from Applications/ to the Trash.
  3. Delete the Reference Library. Drag ~/Documents/X03/ to the Trash.
  4. Delete the application database. Drag ~/Library/Application Support/ai.colourlab.editor/ to the Trash. (This contains your projects, settings, and history.)
  5. Empty the Trash.

That removes everything Colourlab Ai 4 installed on your Mac.

Save your projects first

Projects are stored inside the application database at ~/Library/Application Support/ai.colourlab.editor/. If you want to keep your work, export each project from inside Colourlab Ai 4 before uninstalling — see the User Guide for the export flow.

Keep the data if you might reinstall later

If you plan to come back, skip steps 3 and 4 — just delete the app. The next time you install Colourlab Ai 4 it will pick up your existing Reference Library and database, and you'll be right where you left off.

Free up an activation

Uninstalling doesn't free up the activation seat on Colourlab's servers. Before you remove the app from a machine you don't intend to use again, open Settings → License inside Colourlab Ai 4 and deactivate this installation — see Licensing & Activation.
